I think the platform is quite Okayish. The included features are pretty basic and average in performance, and the website works quite slow too! That being said, the set of features are also pretty easy to use and understand. All my HR team members have gotten along quite easily.

I like that ZipRecruiter is user-friendly for all employees, new or old. It allows us to fine-tune our resumes to the job posting we receive. It lets us analyze the number of applications for the job opening. ZipRecruiter is so intuitive that it automatically closes the job opening once the vacancy is filled.
