Honestly, with Trello, we can organize almost anything, not only because it is a very complete and powerful tool but also because it is easy to use. It allows us to take advantage of one of the most intuitive and powerful methods of productivity, i.e., kanban. It is also customizable.

Trello has a limited set of features compared to newer software applications like Notion, ClickUp, etc. However, the tool’s simplicity allows us to focus on what we’re meant to do – for example use it to get more productivity instead of losing time figuring out the system’s features.

Thanks to Trello, we can follow up on all the tasks easily, increasing our productivity immensely. It was very easy to keep track of the team that accompanied me in completing projects; we were able to organize a list of priorities and objectives in the short time, and also received positive results for the same.

I used Trello for two years, and the best part that I liked about it was that everything was available centrally, and I used it to manage cards while doing the development. I don’t particularly appreciate how they have changed access into workspaces and limited how many boards they can have to each workspace.

I’ve used Trello, Asana, ProjTrak, and QuickBase for task tracking in the past. Out of all of them, I appreciate the simplicity of Trello. It’s easy to use, very quick to pick up on, and great for working with teams that aren’t used to task tracking. Since it is straightforward and has a clean user interface, it’s not too hard to get people to use it.

I like the fact that I can handle multiple projects separately on trello, but what I don’t like is that it doesn’t allow me to compare the progress of two projects side by side. Apart from this, Trello has been extremely valuable in boosting productivity of my business and my employees seem to have gotten along with it just in time!

Agreed, but the user interface needs improvement.

Trello has helped me in handling projects, but it is difficult to keep up with the software updates.
