Bitrix24 offers a centralised platform for permission control and contact management. Its limited compatibility with well-known programs like Office 365, however, may be a disadvantage.

With Bitrix 24, there are different methods to handle a project. User management is also a big plus for our company as we are divided into separate departments with each of its workgroups. We can delegate, track, and have deadlines for each task for different tasks and projects.

Bitrix24’s free edition works very well and assists me in managing and organizing aspects of daily operations & tasks. By deploying Bitrix24, we have been able to improve our productivity standards and output rates by a considerable margin.
