I like the connection between time scheduling and time logging – it minimizes the amount of work for each individual to log time and lets users focus on the difference between projected and actual time. The drag and drop function is excellent, as well as its tools for reporting and editing are a highly effective platform for forecasting budget expenditures.

The visual aspect of Float is fantastic. We rely heavily on the ability to color-code by the project manager (matched to our KanBan board) for better overhead visibility. The clarity around capacity limits, PTO, and project owner gives a great overhead view of each resource. Also, the edit history feature is entirely is beneficial.

I can see a complete overview of all the resources and related activities on Float’s unified platform. It allows me to see the current projects to define the schedule I need to focus on clearly. I also like to have specific tasks within the projects because many have extended deadlines and tasks with different people with different responsibilities.

I have recently begun utilizing Float’s resource management software, and as of now, I have my workload arranged for myself and my team. I went over it in one of my online pursuits, and I must say that it has practical tools and easy-to-use features. I have had the option to plan all I require to accomplish for the month, and what’s incredible is that I get an email helping me remember what’s next to do.

I love Float’s modern-looking user interface that has a simple design but very navigable look & feel, which makes our messy every day schedules more organized. As a graphic designer myself, I realy appreciate a good looking system and its ability to allot and manage resources effectively.

Float is an inclusive, collaborative resource management software that can be deployed by business of all kinds for effectual project planning and resource scheduling. The software has very pleasing user interface as well.

We use float to go over everyone’s weekly schedule at the office and manage resources for projects. It has helped us promote transparency as we can ascertain which project has consumed how much resources and much more.
