If you are looking for a tool that enables you to share files & data, facilitate video conferencing & automated task management, in an easy-to-use interface, then Hibox can be a good communication software option for you to consider. We have used Hibox for a more than three years, and I think it is a great software for communication.

Hibox helps me improve my internal communication with my workmates and efficiently manage activities and deadlines. Up to now, by far the best tool used by my company to assign tasks among employees and save uptime. The interface is excellent; the video chat works perfectly.

I like Hibox communication software as it facilitates personal and group communication from a unified application. It has an easy-to-use interface which is pretty easy to learn and navigate. So far, there is no ambiguity in the firm because of Hibox.

I like Hibox because it orders personal and group tasks in a single tool. It is easy to use, and its interface is very dynamic, making jobs look like loads and as a list of things to do and cross out what is being done as a game, since you customize it to whom it corresponds and the expiration date.
