There are lots of bugs and formatting issues in Synchroteam’s field service management software that leaves a very rough impression on the user. Also, the Windows app is very sluggish at times and doesn’t give important options to edit or make changes to the tech department. Overall it is just fine, you get used to it and the way it works. I like the way it looks now, somehow comforting.

Synchroteam has a user-friendly interface, and the customer support team always responds quickly to their customers’ queries. Their software is not very easy to set up, and you have to be a little tech savvy in order to configure it well.

The best feature of Synchroteam is Barcode and Ticket Scanning. It facilitates easy and uniform pricing of all the products, and I can easily assess the total quantity of the products sold and at what price. I also admire its asset scheduling and tracking tools.
