I like Tipalti’s new ACH Debit feature that allows us to save time from manually transferring funds from our bank to Tipalti. This saves us a great deal of time. The concept of unique customer ID makes it easy to identify people with same names. Overall, it is great software.

I love how convenient it is to send over a payment to clients and collaborators at any time of the day. We really don’t have many clients complain about the payment time, we get payment and tax details in, the payments get sent quickly. I love Tipalti’s Banking and Finance software.

The platform is good to go except its payment tracking facility. The payment history does not open while using multiple windows.

Tipalti’s ability to specify which users should approve an invoice is also helpful. We’ve tried structured approvals in other software, but it’s not always the same person in each department that manages the vendor, so having this flexibility has been friendly. The vendor portal is great because it allows vendors to input their payment and tax information.
