We love the ability to email reports with photos to clients and how easy it is to retrieve the client’s past job history and work order/invoice details. Photo evidence and reporting for each job are also significant. There are always going to be the occasional customer claiming work hasn’t been done.

ServiceBridge’s field service management tools help me to access tools locations, warranty tracking, service path tracking, payment history, and so much more. I love this software and its usability in my conglomerate. The customer support staff is also very professional.
