The best part about RingCentral is that all the messages, and communication record is saved on the cloud which helps me to access the details even after the record has been deleted from our computers. It includes video calling, voice calling, messaging, fax center, and many other options to connect with parties.

With RingCentral’s communication software I can connect with my counterparts from all around the world from the US, Europe, or Asia. The software is very deep featured and is set for VoIP and collaborations, and but has limited report customization.

I have been using RingCentral for a couple of years and I can’t say anything bad about it. It was easy to set up, the price is right and you get all the features that any high-end PBX has.
