Verdict
When I worked with this system at a bank, it helped me manage the account holder’s information, transactions, documents and other supports related to his credit history. But it lags at times and needs a couple of customizations.

The web services are not support in v11, plus the tool has to be installed in each end user PC which is an extremely tedious process.
