Verdict
Runn has a pretty decent Customer Support. It can be an amazing pick for small to medium enterprises. It doesn’t have its own time tracking software so we have to rely on other apps for it.

Runn is excellent at providing a projection of what the billings of a professional services organization will be in months to come. It’s an essential part of running an effective business that isn’t as commonplace as it should be!

I love the fact that almost all professional companies can avail Runn’s resource and capacity planning platform. Runn Resource Management Software is a pretty innovative software, but the customer support service is poor.
