Verdict
Runn has a pretty decent Customer Support. It can be an amazing pick for small to medium enterprises. It doesn’t have its own time tracking software so we have to rely on other apps for it.

Silverbucket is a pretty intuitive resource management software. It allows me to plan, monitor employee progress, track working hours, and so much more. I like the flexibility and credibility of the resource management tools.

Silverbucket gives an excellent view of personnel workload and its timing, very useful in many cases. Its capacity management and collaborative tools make resource management and scheduling very smooth and quick. Although the new version is also acceptable, the previous edition was a game-changer.

Silverbucket gives excellent automation to employee workload and its timing, thus, it is very useful resource management software in most cases. But I feel that Silverbucket is in a tough situation at the moment as the it is difficult to retrieve data from the server.
