Not able to add more than one gateway is one of its major setbacks. It would be nicer to add another gateway so it is still connected. But otherwise, Service Fusion is pretty fine Field Service Management solution.

Service Fusion has been a terrific field service management software which has helped me prevent safety and excavate safety in the factory area. It is a great FSM platform that allows me to track inventory items by serial number, and keep an eye on asset whereabouts.
