Podio is used as our CRM because of its flexibility. The UI is excellent, the workflows save you time, and you can link up items for automation. The reporting works well too. We can pull data into reports, create friendly dashboards, and export to Excel format.

Podio is a pretty effective team organization software that more or less fits our organization needs. It allows us to discuss ideas and projects with the team members, and also keeps a record of the same. I also appreciate its ability to customize my pages and create specific reports helpful to me.

Podio is a fine Team Organization software but the customer support is terrible.

Podio’s customizable workspaces are a lifesaver for our diverse team. It handles tasks, communication, and data with ease. The only drawback is that setting up custom workflows can be a bit complex. In the long run, it’s a fantastic tool for team organization.
