With having three offices and each being 2 hours apart from others, Acom AP solution has helped with the number of invoices that we have to mail back and forth or email back and forth to get approvals. It is nice that invoices are now available to easily access for approvers even after the invoices have been paid.

ACOM AP Automation is easy to implement and use. It has guaranteed basic paper checks will be acceptable to any bank, which is very helpful. It is nice that invoices are now available to easily access for approvers even after the invoices have been paid. The software has helped cut down on the amount of paper we use and printing we have to do.

The software has helped cut down on the amount of paper we use and printing we have to do. One of the customer reps has been great; anytime we have needed something, he has been readily available.

I am using Acom’s AP Automation services for more than 10 now, it is a great tool to handle Banking and Finance issues. It has helped with the amount of invoices that we have to mail back and forth to get approvals.

The primary function of an effective banking & finance software is safety and reliability, and ACOM AP Solutions certainly has that. It also can be integrated easily. The best part about it is the way it scans checks and vouchers’ originality.
